BFG International China (Chinese: Changchun Jialin) was co-founded in 2006 by Changchun Lu Tong Rail Vehicle Equipment Company (CLTR) and BFG International group. The company is located in Helong Economic Development Zone, Changchun City, Jilin Province. The production space is around 10000 sq.m,  which includes 600 sq.m for the production of electronic and electric equipments. The number of employees is 406 including 26 technical specialists.

Lightweight composite products include modular WC-modules, roof and underframe fairing panels, interiors, etc. Other equipments include toilet vacuum systems, subway cars digital screens, electrical door systems, etc.

Can also supply relevant products to various industries like: Automotive panels, wind nacelles,medical device shells, portable public toilets, lightweight composites for architectural applications and water slides.

According to customer demand, can use CATIA, UG and Pro-E software to produce 3D designs while integrating industrial, mechanical and electrical designs into the product.Can use AutoCAD for 2D designs. Use RAMS and LCC analysis to ensure the design compliance with the technical requirements.Joint-design experience with global customers from: Germany, France, Japan, Spain, Australia, and the Middle East; technical data is bilingual (Mandarin/English) .

Production Processes

Production processes include: Gelcoating, RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) ; RIM (Resin Infusion Molding) ; open contact molding; painting; bonding; mechanical and electrical assembly.

Finite Element Analysis

Finite element analysis (FEA) is a computerized method for predicting how a product reacts to real-world forces, vibration, heat, fluid flow and other physical effects. It can assist in uncovering design shortcomings and avoid overdesigning the products. Using FEA software of ABAQUS、ANSYS、HyperWorks、FE-SAFE to analyze whether a product will break, wear out or work the way it was designed.
